Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Tub Service Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hot tub maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various issues efficiently. In addition to technical skills, we are looking for an individual who is customer-focused, personable, and interested in exploring a career in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of Bullfrog Spas and spa equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hot tubs to ensure optimal performance.
- Interact with customers professionally, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gain product knowledge and understand customer needs.
- Assist in sales activities, including educating customers on Bullfrog Spas features and benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hot Tub Service Technician.
- Strong technical skills in Hot Tub maintenance and repair.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and transition into a sales role.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales is a plus.
